Return Policy

At Kadak Chai Clothing ( Ninjaa.in) we take pride in the quality of our products and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you encounter any major issues with your order, such as holes, torn print, or significant defects, you may return the item(s) under the following conditions:

Conditions for Return

Time Frame:

Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the item(s).

 

Eligibility:

Returns are only accepted if there is a major issue with the product, such as:

Holes or tears in the fabric.

Torn or defective print/design.

 

Condition of Items:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

All original tags and packaging must be intact.

 

Return Process

Initiate a Return:

Contact our customer service team at ninjaaclothing@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the defect.

Return Authorization:

Once your return is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to return the item(s).

 

Inspection and Refund:

Once we receive your return, it will be inspected.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5 Working days.

 

Non-Returnable Items

Items without major issues such as holes or torn prints.

Items with size issues

Items returned after 7 days of receipt.

Items that are worn, washed, or altered in any way.

 

Cancellation :

Cancellation can only be done within 24hrs of ordering. Anything beyond that will not be valid.
